Shipping and Delivery
Free delivery on orders over ₦100,000
Spend ₦100,000 or more in a single order and we deliver it to you free of charge, anywhere in Nigeria. Free delivery is applied automatically at checkout — you do not need a code.
Mix and match across handbags, shoes, clothing and school essentials — the total is what counts.
Delivery times
We dispatch from Ondo City, Monday to Saturday. Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

These are estimates from the day of dispatch, not the day of order. Delivery times can be affected by weather, road conditions, public holidays and courier delays outside our control.
Delivery charges
Delivery is charged at a fixed rate for your zone. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay, so there are never surprise charges.
Please note: our standard rates apply to parcels up to 5kg. Heavier parcels may attract an additional courier charge. If your order is over 5kg we will contact you on WhatsApp to confirm the cost before dispatch.

Open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
Please wait for our message confirming your order is ready before travelling, and bring your order number.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched we send you the courier name and tracking number by WhatsApp on the number you provided.
You can also check progress any time by messaging us on WhatsApp at 0803 502 6583 with your order number.
Delivery address
Please check your address and phone number carefully before you pay. Couriers in Nigeria rely heavily on phone contact, so an incorrect number is the most common cause of failed delivery.
If you spot a mistake, message us immediately on WhatsApp. We can change the address free of charge before dispatch. Once an order has left our store, a redirection may attract an additional courier charge.
If delivery fails because nobody was reachable at the address, the parcel returns to us and a second delivery attempt will be charged again.
Checking your parcel
Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing, or not what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with photographs and we will put it right.
Wholesale and bulk orders
Wholesale orders start at 5 pieces. Larger consignments are usually over 5kg and may be sent by a different carrier, so they can take longer than the times above. We will confirm the timeframe and any additional cost with you on WhatsApp before you pay.
International delivery
We currently deliver within Nigeria only. If you are ordering from abroad for delivery to a Nigerian address, that is welcome — message us on WhatsApp and we will help.
